Profile

If someone waved a magic wand and all your problems disappeared, what would you be doing that you’re not doing now? What would you stop doing that you are doing now? My goal is help you to figure out what habits are helping you, and which ones are getting in your way. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, and other mood disorders.
My passion lies in the practice of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a therapeutic approach rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I help my clients utilize mindfulness, as well as other skills, to build a new relationship with difficult experiences, and work toward psychological flexibility.
You don’t have to hide the fact that you are human. You don’t have to hide the fact that you struggle. Rather, I believe everyone has patterns that can keep them stuck. My goal is to help you discover those patterns and start helping you move toward the things that you find meaningful.
