I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), providing virtual therapy in the states of Illinois & Indiana. I specialize in perinatal mental health, which includes anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and grief. I'm particularly passionate about serving those who are pregnant, adjusting to parenthood, difficulty with conceiving & transitions to co-parenting. I'm also a support coordinator with Postpartum Support Intl- IN chapter. I'm trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths based approach & mindfulness techniques. I also work with those with generalized anxiety, depression & adjustment disorder.
I have my certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I have provided therapy through BetterHelp, and hospital and outpatient medical facilities. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and patient. I'm a survivor of PMAD so I have personal experience that helps shape my therapeutic practice.
