Recent Updates From Erin Coleman
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

We all come across seasons where we need a push to start exploring, begin processing, and embrace changing. The therapy room is the perfect environment for those ground-breaking things to take place. I specialize in helping adults identify the parts of them that make them unique & help establish awareness into how that affects their everyday life. I also help individuals navigate the uncertainty of transition while developing confidence & resilience. I have experience working with stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma & life transitions as it affects one's ability to maintain focus, peace, & clarity in different life contexts.
I use a variety of approaches and resources including cognitive-behavioral therapy, strategic family therapy, and faith & spirituality to challenge the thoughts and perspectives that affect the quality of life. I aim to create a safe space of exploration and acceptance which enables my clients to figure out how to be the healthiest version of themselves.
I truly believe that every season is a season to learn something new about yourself so I invite you to take the first step with me. All it takes is one conversation to get started finding the answers to your questions. As your therapist and advocate, I would love to help you rediscover yourself and the beauty in the life you live.
