Recent Updates From Ethan Seidman
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

I provide warm, attentive, and interactive therapy that aims to help people generate transformative change. Working collaboratively we can spark growth and healing, deepen your self-understanding, help you break out of hurtful patterns, and reduce depression and anxiety. I am particularly interested in trying to help clients feel freer, more real, more connected, and more like the authors of their own lives, so that they can achieve what they hope for in work and relationships.
I am a Certified AEDP Therapist and EMDR trained and work to integrate those approaches along with mindfulness practices into a framework aimed at creating transformative change. I work with individuals from all sexual orientations, ethnic, racial, and class backgrounds.
I am the founder and director of Kendall Psychological Associates, P.C., a group of highly trained, doctoral level clinicians in Kendall Square, Cambridge. For 10 years I was a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School.
