You've taken the first step of researching a therapist! You are a step closer to becoming the person you want to be. I am a thought coach and my goal is to help you uncover your true potential by rewriting the stories you tell yourself. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
In my practice, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is a type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is the recommended evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety and PTSD. We will explore your values and who you want to be then take actions to close in on those values. There is a lot of exploration into thoughts and mindfulness.
I have worked in the mental health field for 21 years & I take a very individualized approach with empathy and compassion. My personality is relaxed and genuine. I invite you to give me a call or email for a free 15 minute consultation.
