I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Adlerian therapy. I use techniques in an integrative way, including play therapy, sand tray, challenging thoughts, focus on the present and future, goal setting, mindfulness, and distress tolerance.
I approach our therapeutic relationship as a partnership. We work together to understand your world, what barriers you are facing, and where you would like go. The foundation to my practice is that all all people are their own expert but all people at some point in their lives need support in order to find their direction.
