VIRTUAL. Seeking out help can be difficult, especially when there are so many options, but I'm glad you found me. My name is Teleace Bryant. I am a Resident in Counseling finishing my residency hours toward licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, divorce related issues, mother-daughter issues, and the like, I am here to help. I can also assist with life transitioning, college and career counseling, personal growth, body image issues, and processing past trauma.
I am a person centered, results-based, solutions-based therapist. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused-Brief Therapy (SFBT), Assertiveness Training, and mindfulness-based approaches. In my own free time, I am always seeking out scientific developments to update my methods to be sure that the interventions we use are proven effective.
What clients tend to like about my approach is my practicality, warmth, and attentiveness. I implement aspects of everyday life such as music, movies and nature to make the ideas we share in therapy easy to apply and carry on beyond the session.
