Recent Updates From Grace Morgan
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

First, let me acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out. I look forward to talking with you to find out more about what led you to seek counseling and to determine if we're a good fit. My theoretical orientation is primarily person-centered, which means that I believe that given a nonjudgmental, accepting space to explore issues, individuals can move towards growth and change. In addition to a person-centered approach, I frequently incorporate mindfulness into sessions, as well as techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. For clients interested in a more somatic approach, I use EMDR and EFT Tapping.
I have clinical experience working with a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, managing stress, and relationship challenges.
I believe that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. Please reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation so that we have a chance to get to know one another and decide if we're a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
