Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

If you are going through pain, difficult transitions, or looking for growth and insight, this is the place. Whether your suffering is caused by emotional, physical, or relational distress, you are not alone and you can heal. My desire as a therapist is to bring compassionate curiosity towards your experience, while fostering personal growth and overall wellness. My hope is that through our work, you gain the freedom to feel lovable and valuable as you are right now, make healthy choices in relationships and life that align with your values, and build successful coping tools to navigate whatever unknowns life throws your way.

In my practice, I aim to identify and challenge messages and obstacles that contribute to pain and suffering, in order to replace them with practices and perspectives that lead to growth and resilience. Typically, this means exploring areas of vulnerability and shame and the patterns and experiences from our family of origin.
I am trained in Brené Brown's research and have two therapy dogs, Fred and Bowie, who frequently join sessions. My desire is to create a relationship that feels safe, but also compassionately pushes you towards change. I tend to use metaphors and visuals in sessions, as well as humor and personal disclosure to build connection.
