I am the Director of the Hudson Valley Center for Cognitive Therapy (HVCCT). Our psychologists work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Two of our primary areas of specialization are mood and anxiety disorders, such as depression, panic, phobias, OCD, chronic worry,and social anxiety. Our therapists also have expertise in working with ADHD, academic and career issues, grief/loss, relationship/marital issues, parent training, and health psychology.
