Recent Updates From Jon Mossberg
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Do you feel stuck? Trapped? Afraid to live your best life? We all feel emotions like grief, hopelessness, anger, anxiety, shame, aimlessness or isolation at some point - that's real life. But if how you deal with your feelings hurts more than it helps, then maybe it’s time to try something new. I work with adults and teens to explore why they’re stuck and what changes to make so they can break free. Therapy can provide new ways of thinking and new strategies to deal with stress. Change can be hard and scary. But if we do it right, you won't just feel better - you'll actually BE better. Imagine that!
I offer acceptance, comfort and understanding to those who feel alone in their pain. My clients learn to challenge their anxieties and inner-critics so they can be the best versions of themselves. I specialize in working with men and anyone who may be apprehensive about starting therapy. I also specialize in helping build self esteem and self-acceptance.
This can be hard work, and how you connect with your therapist is important. Our relationship, based on confidentiality, acceptance, and trust, has the potential to empower you to make great changes. I encourage you to contact me and see if it feels like a good fit. I’d consider it an honor to accompany you on your journey.
