Recent Updates From Ashley Elcock
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I am a licensed master's level therapist holding a M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University NW. I have experience working with individuals, families, teens, and couples. Some of my areas of expertise include relationship concerns, communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, parenting skills and concerns, children's behavioral issues, difficult life transitions, and infidelity.
While I am flexible in my approach based on the needs of my client, I tend to use an eclectic theoretical modality with a concentration in Family systems, Emotionally Focused and Narrative Therapies in my work.
I emphasize creating a space where my clients can move towards healing, and feel safe and empowered in their journey towards change. I believe each individual who seeks help has the ability to make changes in their lives, and am committed to working as a team to help clients achieve their goals.
