I work best with individuals and couples who are motivated for change. Depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual dysfunctions/concerns, relationship issues/concerns and self-esteem are the areas where I have the most experience and success with progress. I also offer psychosocial evaluations for Hardship Waivers (I-601 and I-601A), Cancellation of Removal, VAWA and Spousal Abuse, U-Visas, Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Convention Against Torture.
I am licensed in both Virginia and Florida and offer telehealth services. I am a certified trauma treatment professional and in the process of obtaining my certification in sex therapy. I utilize an eclectic approach with couples and CBT, DBT and Mindfulness with individuals. I also offer clinical supervision in Virginia.
