Last updated | Thursday March 27, 2025

Balancing life, work, relationships, and other stressors can take a toll on our mental health and wellbeing. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual, and integrate a holistic approach in my work. Throughout my time in the field I’ve worked with adult women who struggle with anxiety disorders, life transitions, relationship troubles, working through intimacy issues, setting healthy boundaries, and other stressors. As a clinician with anxiety and ADHD, I strive to foster validation and safety in the therapeutic experience.
My role is to listen without judgment, cheer on your accomplishments, and provide a space to be your most authentic self. I utilize various modalities based on individual needs and outlined goals. During the therapeutic journey we will explore your thoughts & feelings, identify patterns, discuss components of wellness, and set goals.
Seeking support for mental health can be challenging, and I’m glad to be apart of your healing journey. If you feel we would be a good fit, please email or call to schedule.
