My theoretical approach involves integrating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior-Informed Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Increasing knowledge and awareness may help ease relationship stress,anxiety and depression, navigate life transitions, and assist students with college concerns.
