Welcome and thank you for learning more about me! I have extensive experience working with and providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have provided services in an array of environments such as schools, community agencies, inpatient and outpatient hospitals, residential facilities, and substance abuse program. Some of those mental health issues I have addressed include anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem issues, PTSD, abuse and trauma, emotional/behavioral issues, relationship issues, grief, stress management, and other life transitions and challenges.
I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, and safe environment where you can learn how to overcome your struggles and develop effective coping skills. With therapeutic strategies at the forefront of promoting positive coping skills, I use different strategies and techniques to introduce a safe space for self-reflection, dialogue, skill building and education.
For some people, seeking help can be scary and uncomfortable. I applaud you for taking the first step! I believe that if you do not feel uncomfortable during the process, then you are not experiencing growth and progress. I am here to help and support you every step of the way! I look forward to joining you on your journey of change and growth!
