Recent Updates From Audrey Habermann
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I enjoy working with a wide range of clients in terms of age, background, gender, and sexual orientation. I have several years of experience working with adolescents and those who have experienced complex trauma. I am interested in working with members of the vast LGBTQ population, as well as adult children of alcoholics, and those on the autism spectrum. I am passionate about exploring various aspects of identity and how the intersections of those identities impact our experiences in the world.
As a clinician, I strive to forge relationships with clients that feel non-judgmental and empowering. I take a clinical stance that is open-minded and that honors the client as the expert on their own experience. I use a combination of behavioral, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients learn more about themselves and achieve their goals.
I invite you to reach out so that I can learn more about your goals and help you achieve them! My approach is non-judgmental, open, and curious. I appreciate that all clients are the experts on their own experiences, and strive to provide a new perspective on those experiences.
