Recent Updates From Courtney Spaulding
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I specialize in couples therapy because I am passionate about developing connections, improving communication, and understanding with ourselves and our partner(s). I have experience working with couples struggling with healthy, effective communication, healing attachment wounds, improving their physical, emotional, and mental connections, working through infidelity, becoming new parents, coping with life stressors together, and maintaining healthy relationships. In sessions, we practice empathy and communication, identify negative patterns, and develop strategies that lead towards the relationship you desire.
Through an integrative, emotionally-focused therapeutic approach, couples can facilitate positive changes in their lives. Through nature-based therapy, couples can process, recover, and grow from their experiences to continue forward in your lives with effective communication and a deeper understanding of yourself and your partner(s).
I am enrolled in an accredited PhD program in Couple and Family Therapy. I am a Mental Health Clinician with Northland Adventure Education and Therapy Center with a LMFT supervisor. I am currently accepting new clients and encourage couples to reach out and contact me through Northland Adventure to schedule a session.
