Having over 15 years experience with children and adolescents in psychiatric inpatient, agency and educational settings. I have had the opportunity to serve children, adolescents and families facing adversity. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, promoting a better understanding of the biological perspectives of mental health, while drawing from multiple treatment models including; internal family systems, trauma informed care, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person centered therapy , reality therapy, solution focused and play therapy. I provide therapy to adults, children, adolescents and families.
