Recent Updates From Jessica Crenshaw
Last updated | Monday March 24, 2025

Hi! My name is Jessi (she/her) and I am a therapist practicing in Chicago. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are undergoing a range of experiences surrounding anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, and trauma. I am passionate about incorporating a therapeutic foundation rooted in an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens. I proudly welcome all clients who are seeking an inclusive therapist. I like to work with my clients to incorporate a mixture of interventions that best fit for you. Some being somatic therapy, inner-child work, and mindfulness, but not limited to these.
Together, we can build a strong relationship through establishing trust and removing the hierarchy between client-therapist. I believe in developing a strong client-therapist relationship to provide a safe foundation to move through healing.
I would describe myself as empathetic, relational, open-minded, friendly, casual, and enjoy incorporating humor (when appropriate) in therapy! If this sounds like something you are looking for, then please reach out to set up a consult call. I look forward and am honored to be considered to begin this journey with you.
