Email for Waitlist Availability / / I've always had a passion for working with teens and young adults - especially those who struggle with anxiety, depression, or are just looking to become the best versions of themselves. I have experience working in public schools (K-12) and clinical agencies (emergency services, mobile crisis, partial hospitalization, crisis stabilization). I tailor my approach to each individual client in an effort to meet them where they're at and get them to where they want to go.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), etc. to design customized treatment plans for my clients. Areas of focus include: coping strategies, behavioral interventions, IEP/504 consulting, safety planning, social skills, self-improvement, etc.
Telehealth appointments only. BCBS, United, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar accepted. Out-of-pocket payments accepted via Stripe. Email for availability.
