One of the most common reasons couples seek counseling is for communication issues. Many find themselves getting “stuck” when trying to discuss challenging topics. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I focus on helping couples communicate with greater understanding and compassion for one another. This new pattern of interaction often makes it easier to discuss topics like finances, sex, differing beliefs, parenting, etc and creates space for deeper, more meaningful connection.

In addition to couples counseling, I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, women's issues, food relationship issues, and body image. I strive to help these individuals feel more empowered, grounded, and hopeful as we explore where these issues are rooted, develop self-compassion, and use internal strengths to overcome them.
I have a deep passion for vulnerability, empathy, and connection and would love to help you develop deeper connections with yourself and those you love. Feel free to reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation, or send me an email or text to see if I could be the right fit for you.
