We are a combination of mind, body, and spirit that all interact with each other. I believe that we all have our own worldview and insight that has resulted from a combination of experiences, influences, personal character, and natural abilities and skills. This worldview can get us stuck because we cannot always see the things that are influencing us or fully understand the impact they have had on us.
