Recent Updates From Jeannie Harrell
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

This has been such a difficult year, with so much sadness, fear, and uncertainty. Even people who have never experienced symptoms of depression and anxiety before may feel as if they're teetering on the edge. For those who have struggled in the past, it may all seem overwhelming. Therapy can help. Talking about your thoughts, feelings, and worries can lighten the burden and help life feel more manageable again. Often that happens within just a few sessions, or sometimes it can take longer. You’ll know what will be most helpful for you.
I’m trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps many people experiencing challenges to their mental health and wellbeing. I strive to listen to my clients with respect and compassion, welcoming individuals of all faiths, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
It takes strength to reach out for help when you're going through a hard time. I return all calls and emails by the end of the following business day. If my practice isn’t suited to your needs, I’ll try to guide you to someone in the community who specializes in the issues that concern you.
