Sometimes life is just plain difficult, and it seems like no matter which way you turn, you are blocked. It’s frustrating and scary and there seems to be no way out of the box we are in. But it is the choices we make during those very times that open, or create, the windows and doors we need. It is about taking in and making sense of the information our emotions and experiences are providing us and figuring out how to turn those insights into action.

I have practiced from a relational systems perspective for 20+ years. I love helping people figure out what they need and want and how best to achieve their goals. We are each capable of moving mountains, or at least having healthier, happier relationships – and the first step is looking within and using our own strengths to navigate the challenges we face.
If you’re feeling angry, sad, anxious, or lonely, there is a good reason for it. We have all developed emotional responses and patterns that served to protect us. And, we can choose new thoughts, develop new habits, and create new belief systems that are more helpful now. If we can change our patterns we can change our relationships. Let's do this together!
