Are you facing challenges with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues? With so many "unknowns" all around you, we are here to provide support and understanding through your journey. We also specialize in treating children as young as 3 years old, preteens, adolescents, and adults with trauma, self harm, sexual abuse, and grief. With children, we are skilled in treating behavioral issues, ADHD, and peer-relationship skills. We also use a variety of modalities to help my clients effectively implement healthy coping skills, positive self talk, and work towards a healthier you, using EMDR, Gottman, CBT, and Play/Activity Therapy.
