Counseling does not have to be a life-long commitment. Frequently, my clients find they have met their goals after a brief series of meetings.
Clients find I am helpful in addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress management. Having worked in medical clinics, I am particularly able to assist with adjustment to physical health changes and new diagnoses.
You can expect to leave our visits with a plan and action steps that will help you feel hopeful and empowered, armed with strategies to feel better and improve your life. To meet the needs of working clients, I am available for evening and weekend appointments.
