Want to feel heard? Do you feel down or anxious and want to feel better overall? Do you want to go forward and live the life you want? I can be that person to help you get there. We will work together to piece things back into place so you can move on, be the person you know you are. You are strong and you ready to take the next step forward because you are here today. We'll use your strength and courage to push through to meet your goals. Starting therapy is difficult and scary. As a therapist I know how hard it is to ask for help from others. I provide a safe and comfortable space for my patients. When you are ready, I'm here.
I specialize in solution and strength-based approaches within a cognitive behavior therapy model to manage depression, anxiety, adjustment related concerns. I help adults who struggle in relationships, parenting difficulties, career challenges, health conditions and life transitions.
My style is open, genuine, warm, and very interactive. I like to use humor and real life experiences to help you succeed. I believe in treating the whole person. I have a range in skills to help you find what you're looking for. I will meet you where you are. You can do this hard thing and I'll walk along side you, until we get where you want to be.
