Are you seeking to reconnect with yourself and discover a meaningful path in your life? I offer individual and group therapy for children, teens, and adults using talk therapy along with creative outlets such as active artistic expression and play techniques. My focus includes grief, trauma & PTSD, anxiety and depression, abuse & neglect, autism, and wilderness & outdoor trauma. I understand that healing is a personal experience shaped by many factors, and my focus is helping you heal, energize, reconnect with yourself and others, and become aware of your inner strengths in a way that is meaningful to you.

I am trained in complex grief therapy, clinical trauma therapy (CCTP-II), IFS, and Neurobiological Therapy (nervous system). All our experiences in life affect how we interpret ourselves and the world around us. I can help you understand how experiences are stored in the nervous system and how self-awareness and self-compassion can guide healing.
You are encouraged to be your genuine self and control what therapy looks like for you. During this challenging time, my role as your therapist is to help you sort through your experience, reconnect with yourself, and rebuild your life in a meaningful way. You deserve the space you take up in this world. You are entitled to feel safe.
