I strive to provide a nonjudgemental space that is not only collaborative and compassionate but also invites creativity, curiosity, and humor. I want to make our time together one where we explore your struggles and celebrate your wins.
My eclectic approach includes a mix of person-centered, strengths-based, mindfulness, and trauma-informed methods. I work with adults struggling with a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, trauma, stress, negative self-talk, perfectionism, life transitions, and stressors facing BIPOC and queer communities.
