I enjoy journeying with people who would desire things to be different. I understand that most things in life are complicated a rarely simple! I prefer to believe most of us do the best we can with what we have. I trust each person's process is beneficial for the moment but may not suit all of life especially important relationships. My goal is to help each person go where they want to go and assist in whatever ways seem right to each client.
I am passionate about Internal Family Systems therapy and have experienced it to be amazing for so many issues. I love helping people get in touch with what they sense is inside. I am satisfied when client's discover they have the potential to bring about their own healing!
We are not simple human beings i.e. we are many things mind, spirit and body at least. My practice seeks to integrate all of these. I have theological education and pastoral counseling training. I seek to respect whatever spirituality the client brings to the process.
