Through a variety of treatment models like CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and trauma informed models, we work together to identify challenges and to navigate a path that feels healthier. I bring experience working with a broad range of clients from childhood through the lifespan; specializing in complex trauma and helping people navigate transitions like caregiving, relationship changes and family coping and medical complexities that stress family systems.
