Recent Updates From Katie Studt
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
As a therapist, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, mood disorders, panic, social anxiety, ADHD, trauma, women’s issues, substance use, and parenting support. Issues such as these in children, adults, and teens can adversely affect health, work, school, relationships, and overall quality of life in those who experience them. While I work with all ages, a particular niche is working with children, as young as age 3. At that age, most of the work is done with the parents. It takes courage and strength to ask for help. I hope that I can help on your path to healing, if you are ready to take the first step.

Patients may seek my services to work through specific fears or general feelings of anxiety across a variety of situations and circumstances. For example with anxiety, I will work to help a patient with relaxation training, meditation, mindfulness exercises and coping skills taught in session.
I look forward to working with you. I put my patients first and make therapy your time. In collaboration with my patients, I work to tailor interventions that are consistent with my patients’ goals and values. There is no "one size fits all" approach in therapy. I teach patients to see the connections between situations, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
