Recent Updates From Kelly Murray
Last updated | Monday March 24, 2025

I believe good psychotherapy has the power to transform one’s life. Therapy is a special and reverent space where we can attend to current and past challenges with compassion and curious inquiry. I believe the therapy relationship is the most important component of successful therapy. My therapy approach is collaborative and I seek to attune to clients strengths and inner wisdom. I utilize attachment-based, psychodynamic, somatic, depth, cognitive theories. I enjoy working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, perinatal/postpartum issues, parenting, eating disorders, addictions, life transitions and creativity.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 15 years. I hold an MA in Counseling from Lewis & Clark College (2008) & a BA in Psychology from Portland State (2005). I am L2 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy trained (2019) and certified in EMDR (2019). I currently study with Donald Kalsched PhD and Janina Fisher PHD
I feel honored to hold space for my clients and witness whatever emerges as we explore their life, hopes and dreams.
