As a therapist, I am a firm believer that changing your perspective changes your experience. My goal is to help clients recognize that thoughts impact emotions, which directly influence behavior. "It's all about perspective", that's my motto! Thriving Thoughts Therapy's main focus is on creating a safe space for you to grow, challenge current thought processes, implement coping skills/self care, and walk away with a renewed state of mind. This is achieved through an eclectic approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, the practice of mindfulness, and career counseling.
At Thriving Thoughts Therapy we work to implement coping skills, build self confidence, practice self care, assist clients through life transitions, career coaching, and meeting short term and/or long term goals. We are passionate about working with individuals that are minorities, young adults, adults, and members of the LBGTQ+ community.
Services at Thriving Thoughts Therapy include counseling/therapy, complimentary consultations (15mins max.), and extended consultations (16-30mins) at the rate of $30 are offered to briefly discuss your needs and to answer any therapy related questions you may have.
