I believe in the art of therapy and the power of the therapeutic alliance. I view therapy as a journey in which two people walk alongside one another in an attempt to better understand who the individual is and how they fit into the world around them.

I specialize in treating children, adolescents, adults and families. I am also able to perform neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment that address challenges in everyday life. I have particular experience and interest in working with complex trauma, anxiety, identity development, sexuality development, relational difficulties, existential dilemmas, and survivors of childhood abuse.
As a client-centered existential phenomenologist, I see the relationship as the most significant agent of change. I work collaboratively with clients to offer a full hearing of their unique experiences in an attempt to understand their hopes, fears, regrets, and successes, along with their past and present selves.
