Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I have over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in mental health and counseling settings. I am passionate about providing a therapeutic environment that is engaging, validating and focused on positive change. I utilize a variety of approaches to help individuals and families cope with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting issues, adoption and attachment, ADHD, autism, loss and grief, trauma, school challenges and behavioral issues.
In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based and trauma-focused approaches, I am also a Registered Play Therapist – Supervisor, and can provide play therapy, sand tray and filial therapy in my work with children.
I am also experienced in working with children, adolescents and parents engaged in high-conflict divorces and custody disputes and am able to provide play therapy, individual or family therapy or co-parenting therapy.
