Recent Updates From Marki Brooke
Last updated | Thursday March 27, 2025

Big changes and the everyday stressors of life can be a bit overwhelming. At times, emotions and behaviors can just be too much and it feels like what has worked before just isn't working anymore. As your therapist, you and I will seek to discover attainable goals, strive after a healthier and more grounded sense of self, and work towards finding peace and a more fulfilling and hopeful future. I can help you to manage whatever life throws your way. Life is hard, but it doesn't have to be. Together, we will discover the root of the problem and face it head-on. You don't have to be alone in this anymore.
I see children 12+, teens, and adults for individual and group therapy. I am a Certified Geek Therapist, specializing in art therapy, and use mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapeutic techniques. I work in the treatment of anxiety, depression, social skills, difficulties with transitions, work/school stress, ADHD, and utilize Brainspotting for trauma.
I believe that you deserve a space where you can speak openly and feel safe and free of judgment. It is my goal to provide an intimate, calming (and dare I say, fun?) environment that is inclusive to all. A place where you can express yourself either through typical talk therapy, art, focused mindfulness, or through your particular fandom.
