Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

I offer virtal sessions for clients located in MA, NC, and CA. I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and adjustment to life transitions. I also have specialized training in helping individuals dealing with cancer, chronic illness, and prenatal/postpartum issues. I want to offer a safe environment where we can build trust & relationship, highlight and expand strengths you already have, and enhance self-awareness and coping skills. Deciding to seek therapy is a big step in the process to healing, and I hope to accompany you along the journey.
I practice with an integrative treatment approach to therapy, tailoring my approach to each individual. My core focus combines person-centered, psychodynamic, and strengths-based frameworks. Additionally, I incorporate modalities such as mindfulness, guided meditation, breathing exercises, and music therapy interventions when appropriate.
I have practiced as a clinician at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco, CA and Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA, specializing in oncology care, and also carry 10 years of experience as a music therapist. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA insurance and Medicare for psychotherapy services. Please email me to request an appointment.
