Recent Updates From McKenzie Marianne
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Since beginning my counseling career, I have worked chiefly with children, adolescents, teenagers, and their families, to help people become more aware of their strengths, as well as their limitations - both individually and as a unit. I teach new techniques to incorporate into one's daily life, to help manage these inevitable obstacles. Growth and healing aren't linear, though it would be nice if they were. With a teamwork approach, we can start this process! We all have strengths within us - the fact that you are viewing this page right now tells me that. Reach out, so you can learn effective tools that can be used long-term, now!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut. I currently split my time working at a non-profit agency and my private practice, both In-Person and Online. I am certified in Child & Adolescent Clinical Anxiety Treatment. Now more than ever, during the covid-19 pandemic, is the time to reach out!
One of the most important pillars of counseling is empathy; I was trained that one can truly do this, having been on the other side of the chair. This is something I can offer to my clients, genuine understanding and support. I encourage you to reach out, with the hopes of building this essential system in your life, and healing in the process.
