Recent Updates From Megan Low
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Life always gives us challenges, be that in our relationships, at work, within our families and even the way we relate to ourselves; sometimes those challenges become overwhelming and we feel we can't face them or cope, we want to hide or give up. I invite my clients to join me in learning how to navigate these difficulties in their lives by providing them with first the space to be vulnerable and then the tools to have greater insight and ability to face the challenges in a way that can lead them to resolution and healing. The first step to begin healing is allowing yourself to ask for help on this journey.
I am client-centered and enjoy involving clients in the treatment planning process to ensure we stay on track with your goals as well as ensure you feel heard and validated. I really enjoy working with couples and families to facilitate open communication around vulnerable topics. I also enjoy working with adults experiencing transitions in life stages.
We are meant to share our life journeys together and not bear our burdens alone. I offer an environment of warmth, comfortability, and nurturing and within that I create space to heal, understand, and process whatever may be creating disturbance and disruption in my clients' lives.
