Recent Updates From Megan Lundskog
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Whether you are encountering personal problems, relationship issues, life adjustments, or confronting trauma; therapy has the potential to offer you support, consistency, and insight to help. I seek to address both the immediate presenting problems you are dealing with and the deeper, more long term issues that may be contributing as well. I value genuine connection, humor, suspending judgment, and supporting others in all phases of life in my therapeutic approach. Through the lens of these values I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including; ACT, EMDR, Brainspotting, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and a humanistic approach.
I have specialization working with eating disorders, women’s issues, various life traumas, adjustment problems, patterns of dependence and avoidance, interpersonal relationship issues, fragile personalities, and mood problems in my 7 years of therapy practice and would love to see if we’re a good fit.
Seeking out therapy is not for the faint of heart! Making it this far is half the battle. I offer free 15-minute consultations in person and virtually for goodness of fit, or you can reach out today to start the process and get on my schedule. Call or email for details on rates and in network availability.
