While the counseling process can feel scary, you are not alone. My goal is to empower change by providing a safe, healing environment that supports self discovery and understanding.
With a solution focused, holistic and integrative approach, I pull from multiple evidenced based practices and utilize components from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, emotion coaching, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy and additional models.
Through the therapeutic relationship, I will provide a non-judgmental, safe, and compassionate space for exploration where you feel seen, heard, and empowered as you take new steps toward healing and growth.
