Recent Updates From Mel Jones
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Your life is changing and you're not sure how to handle it. You've got a lot of questions and not many answers. How do I see myself? Who am I attracted to? How come I feel so stuck? Where do I belong? Where do I go from here? You’re feeling isolated and are unsure how to deal with everything. If that's how you're feeling, I can help. We can look at your questions and begin to sort them out. Filter through them and figure out what's important to you. There may be some sadness with the changes but often, they can bring great joy and a new resilience for moving forward. It'll be okay and you'll begin to feel better.
As a queer trans therapist who has experienced both identity and career changes, I bring my own experiences with change as well as my training into sessions. I will focus on understanding your life and the way you see the world. I listen and I can offer you a safe, accepting, and LGBTQIA affirming space to look at the questions that you have.
All of these feelings and questions can be upsetting, and they might lead to a shifting in your perspective or your identity. Sifting through these can lead to recognizing who you are, your strengths, your purpose, and bring a renewal of energy in your life. I invite you to contact me to begin the journey.
