Last updated | Monday March 24, 2025

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & specialize in Chronic Pain and Chronic Degenerative Illness. I am a National Certified Counselor, Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, and have a Certificate of Addiction Medicine from OHSU. Continuing education I am currently working on through OHSU and UNM School of Medicine are Integrative Behavioral Health for Pediatric Populations, Resiliency for First Responders, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Climate Change and Health which includes Mental Health. And last, I am on the metric advisory committee for Advancing Integrated Care through the Oregon Health Council.
My work is solution-focused. I offer a variety of approaches from hypnosis, cognitive behavior therapy, DBT. ACT, EFT, EMDR, Somatic therapy, Bodytalk, qigong, energy psychology, acupressure, mindfulness and breathwork. All approaches work, but they do not work for everyone, so I have many tools, ideas and therapies to find the right one for my client.
I have had 25-years experience as a licensed counselor / life coach with helping individuals and families healing with themselves, their relationships and their lives. In addition, I am an expert on helping people reinvent themselves after devastating medical diagnoses which have permanently altered the individual's life.
