While I use a multifaceted approach when working with clients, I have found that mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy together provide the most benefit. Because our relationships with ourselves and others have been so heavily influenced by what we learned in our family of origin, I also help clients to understand how these family dynamics impact various aspects of life.
