In my practice I provide therapy services to adults. My specialities range from Women's issues, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self Esteem, Marital Issues, Divorce and family reunification. I am EMDR trained. I provide in person and Telehealth services in Arizona and Telehealth services only in Illinois.
My primary focus is individual therapy. I believe it is important to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for all my clients. To create this environment, I base my counseling philosophies in EMDR therapy and cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies.
