I have dedicated myself to helping people with serious life challenges by providing therapy and education to empower my clients to make sense of their feelings, not feel alone, re-frame their life narratives, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, loss, health issues, relationship issues, and death & dying. Typically, my clients decide to work with me because they trust me to guide them toward a place of peace and hope.
I am a licensed clinical social worker. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and informed by my experience. I use a strengths-based approach with a range of brief solutions-focused to long-term psycho-dynamic interventions. My clients appreciate my transparent and interactive style, my warmth and compassion. I provide therapy in English and German.
