Recent Updates From Juniper Therapeutic
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I welcome inquiries from individuals and couples seeking to improve their emotion regulation, communication skills, relationships; process difficult emotions and memories; increase their coping, time and stress management skills; and bolster their sleep hygiene and health. I am particularly open to working with people who feel stifled by the current political climate, those who fear being (or have been) silenced or "cancelled," as well as persons of faith. I am licensed to practice in the states of Maine, New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
My goal is to provide clients with a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental space where they can voice their true thoughts and feelings without fear of censorship. I use evidence-based techniques from ACT, CBT, DBT, MI, and MBSR to support skill-building, insight, and behavioral change, and I help clients identify and build resources to support long-term success.
I'm not here to promote a political ideology. I'm here to listen and use research-backed methods to help you improve your wellbeing—whether you need help tolerating uncomfortable feelings and thoughts; dealing with self-esteem issues, social issues, or past traumas; or you just need a space to be yourself. Please reach out with any questions!
