Along with being eclectic in my approach by pulling from evidenced based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I also promote the mind/body connection through incorporating practices of yoga, meditation, exercise, nutrition, and religious/spiritual ceremony into the therapeutic discussion.
I am devoted to creating an inclusive and safe environment with respect to all personal and cultural identities. I am a firm believer in the power of humor. Finding the humor can offer us perspective, it can connect us, and most importantly, laughing especially with another person, just feels good!
